CAMP BADO DANGWA, La Trinidad, Benguet: The strict implementation of the gun ban by the Commission on Elections and the Philippine National Police resulted in the arrest of two violators in Mountain Province and Kalinga. Joint elements of the Regional Public Safety Battalion in coordination with the Kalinga Police Provincial Office serve a warrant of arrest on Saturday to a 69-year-old farmer listed as the top most wanted person in Kalinga Province charged for the crime of murder. Senior Supt. John Colinio, Provincial Director of Kalinga, identified the suspect as Scout Manggok Pataclang, a native of Mabilong, Lubuagan, Kalinga and presently residing at Sitio Waya, Barangay Gobgob, Tabuk City, Kalinga. Seized in his residence were 1 M16 rifle with SN RP021269, one long and nine short magazines, 262 rounds of ammunition and 20 shell casings, all for M16 rifle.
