SAN FERNANDO CITY, La Union: The Regional Trial Court (RTC) here sentenced to life imprisonment couple Vicente and Chita Dorma Ridon for making videos showing extreme cruelty to animals and selling the videos online.
The Ridons were charged by the National Bureau of Investigation for the graphic videos they filmed such as skinning a rabbit alive and setting it on fire, burning a dog with clothes iron, crushing of puppies and kittens until they vomited with their own internal organs and stabbing of monkeys and dogs in the eyes with a stiletto heel, among others.
