THE Court of Appeals (CA) has junked an appeal filed by Ang Dating Daan head Eliseo “Eli” Soriano in connection with libel charges filed against him by another preacher.
In a seven-page resolution penned by Associate Justice Maria Elisa Sempio Diy and concurred in by Associate Justices Ramo Bato, Jr. and Manuel Barrios, the CA’s 12th Division denied Soriano’s motion for reconsideration on September 28, 2015 assailing the August 17, 2015 ruling of the appellate tribunal.
