Bureau of Customs (BOC) has identified at least 18 employees who are being investigated “administratively” for allegedly processing rice shipments without import permits in 2013.

Customs Deputy Commissioner for Enforcement Group Jessie Dellosa refused to name the employees but said that they are from the agency’s assessment and examiners’ department of the Manila International Container Port and Port of Manila.
