• Customs seizeS skimming devices


    Operatives of the Bureau of Customs at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) on Monday intercepted 571 pieces of card-skimming devices hidden inside the baggage of a Hongkong national. Bureau of Customs District collector Edgar Macabeo on Monday said about three pouches of assorted access devices with markings of Bank of Communications, SPD Bank, China Construction Bank, CGB, and USB and Sim Cards with Chinese markings were confiscated from a passenger identified as Yiu Kwan Yeung. Yiu, who arrived last week at NAIA terminal 3 via Cathay Pacific flight CX903 from Hong Kong, did not fill up the Customs declaration form because he insisted that he have nothing to declare.
