Using the app Cyburban, participants will take on environmental challenges like to promote awareness on the environment and wildlifeTIME to take your urban adventure to the next level.Trailblazing smartphone application Cyburban invites all weekend adventurers into a quest in the city as it holds the first ever smartphone based adventure game dubbed “Cyburban Wildlife Adventure.” Set on June 28 at the Ninoy Aquino Parks and Wildlife Center in Quezon City, the one-day race will take participants into a one-of-kind landmark outdoor journey.Using Cyburban, participants will scan codes, complete puzzles, and locate challenges inside the park, all designed to battle against indifference towards the environment and our wildlife ecosystem.The Cyburban Wildlife Adventure Race is open to teams of two to three players who are willing to do fun and exploratory challenges. There will be scavenger hunts, trivia challenges, physical challenges from Crossfit Halcyon, mental challenges, puzzles and food challenges.Teams are required to pre-register online at www.cyburban.org and they will be given team code together with their confirmation e-mail. Each team is also required to have one Android 2.3+ (Gingerbread) or iOS 7+ based Smartphone with mobile Internet connection. Organizers will provide P60 load for one-day unli internet per player on the event day.Game Orientation starts at 7:30 a.m., while game starts at 8 a.m. Physical and digital checkpoints will end at 1 p.m. and game officially ends at 2 p.m. However, players may opt to complete digital challenges until 4 p.m.Registration fee is at P 600 per player. Payment can be made through bank deposit at either BPI, BDO or Metrobank branches.
