LINGAYEN, PANGASINAN: At least 18 towns and the cities of Dagupan, Urdaneta and Alaminos are now under floodwaters caused by continuing rains brought by Typhoon Inday, according to a partial report of the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (PDRRMC) that was submitted to Gov. Amado Espino 3rd.

After receiving the report, Espino ordered the deployment of rescue teams to Dagupan, Calasiao, Santa Barbara, Urdaneta City, Mabini, Bugallon, Lingayen and Labrador towns to help the mayors in conducting rescue operations.
