Farm families of Rizal, Nueva Ecija got an early Christmas gift as the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) recently turned-over to the local government two rural infrastructure projects worth Php22.6 million.
The 5.37-kilometer farm-to-market road worth Php18,036,467 connects Barangays Casiligan, Canaan West, Canaan East and Gen. Luna.
