Davao City authorities on Wednesday said that there will be no government-initiated public viewing of the inauguration of President Rodrigo Roa Duterte despite a pronouncement of incoming Presidential Communications Office Secretary Martin Andanar that there might be LED setups in three key locations in the city.

However, residents of Bankerohan, or Barangay 5A, will be watching the inauguration of Duterte, not on giant LED screens but, on a 10x10 foot used tarpaulin on the day the 16th President of the Republic of the Philippines takes his oath today.
