    1. God used Israel as a nation to show that there is God who watches the affairs of all nations and wants Justice to reign and those who go against Israel go against God! Zechariah 2:8-13New American Standard Bible (NASB)

8 For thus says the Lord of hosts, “After [a]glory He has sent me against the nations which plunder you, for he who touches you, touches the [b]apple of His eye. 9 For behold, I will wave My hand over them so that they will be plunder for their slaves. Then you will know that the Lord of hosts has sent Me. 10 Sing for joy and be glad, O daughter of Zion; for behold I am coming and I will dwell in your midst,” declares the Lord. 11 “Many nations will join themselves to the Lord in that day and will become My people. Then I will dwell in your midst, and you will know that the Lord of hosts has sent Me to you. 12 The Lord will [c]possess Judah as His portion in the holy land, and will again choose Jerusalem.
13 “[d]Be silent, all flesh, before the Lord; for He is aroused from His holy habitation. . ”Psalm 105:7-15New American Standard Bible (NASB)
      7 He is the Lord our God;
His judgments are in all the earth.
8 He has remembered His covenant forever,
The word which He commanded to a thousand generations,
9 The covenant which He made with Abraham,
      And His oath to Isaac.
10 Then He confirmed it to Jacob for a statute,
To Israel as an everlasting covenant,
11 Saying, “To you I will give the land of Canaan
As the [a]portion of your inheritance,”
12 When they were only a few men in number,
Very few, and strangers in it.
13 And they wandered about from nation to nation,
From one kingdom to another people.
14 He permitted no man to oppress them,
And He reproved kings for their sakes:
15 “Do not touch My anointed ones,
And do My prophets no harm.”.. God Bless Israel and the Philippines!

    2. President Duterte’s attitude is a true Visaya attitude. Most Visayans always say negative words but actually they will not do it. I remember when I was a toddler my dad will tell me, he will throw me in the sea if I don’t listened. But he didn’t do it. Most Visayans correct me I am wrong have these expressions out of frustrations like President Duterte did.

    3. In the Bible, there is a verse saying that a person hardening of the spirit. Sin has cemented his place in the heart of men that grace cannot reach. I always think about this verse for years. It is only now that God revealed to me in the person of Duterte.
