Justice Secretary Leila De Lima on Friday issued an Immigration Lookout Bulletin Order (ILBO) against the three suspects in the killing of car racer Ferdinand "Enzo" Pastor last June 12.
In a four-page memorandum, De Lima ordered Bureau of Immigration (BI) Commissioner Siegfried B. Mison to implement the ILBO against the the following:
