THE Pasay City government has deferred the issuance of its decision on the “critical issues” raised by various bidders in the proposed 300-hectare reclamation project.
Pasay City government spokesman Jonathan Malaya said the Public-Private Partnership Selection Committee (PPPSC) decided to defer the issuance of the decisions because the issues have not been settled yet.
