THE Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency in Central Visayas (PDEA-7) is on alert after intelligence report disclosed that the demand for party drugs may be on the rise this Christmas season and as people gear up for the Sinulog Festival in January.
PDEA-7 Regional Director Emerson Margate said they believe the party drugs, popularly known as Ecstasy, are coming from places outside Cebu.
