ALICIA, Isabela: Residents here are blaming the public school’s fishpond as the breeding ground of the dengue virus-carrying mosquitoes that has affected at least 11 pupils.
The Alicia Elementary School pupils are still undergoing treatment at hospitals in the municipality and in adjoining Echague town as well as Santiago City.
