DINALUPIHAN, Bataan: The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) is targeting to include some 3,000 open areas in this town in the government's National Greening Program.
DENR provincial chief Fred Sadueste said the reforestation is necessary to thwart climate change and lessen flooding.
