A Quezon City court on Friday ordered the detention at Camp Bagong Diwa Jail Facility in Taguig City (Metro Manila) of a recently arrested police officer for his alleged involvement in the November 2009 Maguindanao Massacre.
Judge Jocelyn Solis-Reyes of Regional Trial Court Branch 221 in her commitment order directed the transfer of Police Officer 1 Warden Legawan from the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) detention center to the jail annex in Taguig City.
