THE Philippine National Police (PNP) on Tuesday said an internal investigation conducted by the Headquarters Support Service (HSS) has found some irregularities in the handling of high-profile detainees of the PNP Custodial Center.
Chief Supt. Generoso Cerbo Jr., PNP spokesman, said these irregularities surfaced during the visit of detained Senators Ramon ‘Bong’ Revilla and Jose ‘Jinggoy’ Estrada to the special ward of the PNP General Hospital on February 14.
