The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) regional office in Cebu is temporarily suspending its services "until further notice" because of the 7.2-magnitude earthquake that hit central Philippines on Tuesday.

The earthquake hit Bohol, Cebu and major parts of Visayas. The DFA said it will try to resume its services as soon as possible.
