The Department of Foreign Affairs(DFA) on Friday confirmed that three Filipinos were among the 295 people onboard Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 that was shot down in Ukrainian airspace.
Foreign Affairs spokesman Charles Jose said the Philippine government received this information from Malaysian and Dutch authorities.
