The Oakwood Premier-Joy Nostalg Centre in Ortigas Center invites diners and guests to step back in time by dining at its newly renovated main restaurant rebranded as Nostalgia Dining Lounge.

Located at the sixth floor of the property, the restaurant now offers an array of cross-continental classic cuisine with a touch of Asian flavors—all specially created by resident French executive chef, Jerome Cartailler—amid a backdrop of contemporary yet classic interiors.

Leading its memorable signature dishes is Chef’s Terrine—pork and veal terrine flavored with Cognac, which is an original recipe by Chef Cartailler’s grandmother. The terrine requires time to prepare, allowing the balance of flavors to blend from the process of marinating until slow baking.

A favorite starter is Onion Gratine. Based on a classic, Chef Jerome revisited a special recipe from his younger years, thereafter concocting his own exceptional soup prepared with good quality wine, a delicate blend of Emmental cheese, and other prime ingredients all cooked with love and patience.

Norwegian salmon is flown in fresh weekly to prepare the Pan Seared Macadamia Crusted Salmon. Combined with the rich buttery flavor of macadamia nuts and a light Chardonnay cream sauce, this hearty dish is rich in omega 3 and is a sure hit especially to diners going healthy.

Other must-try offerings include the Linguine Pasta Alla Vodka, Escargots in Puff, Tofu & Spinach Lasagna, and the Nostalgia Chicken Rice, among others.

The Nostalgia Dining Lounge also houses three themed, private function rooms, all with a distinct interior and vibe that represents the international context of the main dining lounge.
