In a glittering show of gratitude, GMA Network through its Marketing and Productions Group hosted a star-studded thanksgiving party for its clients, advertisers and agency partners on February 10 at the Makati Shangri-La.
Excitement and entertainment filled the Rizal Ballroom as network executives, and top entertainment and news and public affairs personalities came to celebrate with esteemed partners from the trade.
Leading the celebration was GMA’s top management headed by its Chairman and CEO Felipe Gozon, President and COO Gilberto Duavit, Jr., EVP and CFO Felipe Yalong, and Chief Marketing Officer Lizelle Maralag.
The evening was made more memorable by the presence of the network’s biggest stars, head by “Royal Prime Time Couple” Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera, Asia’s Songbird Regine Velasquez-Alcasid, and Eat Bulaga Kalyeserye’s Alden Richards and Maine Mendoza, as well as Michael V., Lovi Poe, Heart Evangelista, Tom Rodriguez, Carla Abellana, Megan Young, Eugene Domingo, Gabby Concepcion, Raymart Santiago, Rhian Ramos, Solenn Heussaff, Iya Villania, Camille Prats, Jean Garcia, Donita Rose, Kris
Bernal, Glaiza de Castro, Mark Herras, Yasmien Kurdi, Janine Gutierrez, Mikael Daez, Rocco Nacino, Benjamin Alves, Senator Tito Sotto, and Ai-Ai delas Alas.

From GMA’s multi-awarded news and public affairs team, Arnold Clavio, Vicky Morales, Rhea Santos, Pia Arcangel, Connie Sison, Nathaniel “Mang Tani” Cruz, and Luanne Dy also graced the occasion.
As an enjoyable treat, the production organized a special edition of Lip Sync Battle, for its partner agencies, whose finalists from representatives of Zenith Optimedia, Carat, Touch BPN, Starcom Mediavest, Universal McCann, AQ Advertising, M.E.C., and One: Manila. The grand winner was Mediaforce Vizeum Philippines. GMA recently acquired the rights to produce a local adaptation of the highly popular US program, which will air beginning February 27, to be hosted by multi-talented artist Michael V. together with TV host-actress Iya Villania.
GMA also recognized the remarkable traits and accomplishments of its trade partners in the first “Kapuso Fun Awards.” Over P3 million worth of prizes including three brand new cars were raffled off throughout the event.
