PROPERTY and construction firm DM Wenceslao and Associates, Inc. made a weak debut on the Philippine Stock Exchange on Friday, falling as much as 19 percent below its initial public offering (IPO) price of P12.00 per share in morning trade.

Trading under the ticker symbol “DMW,” the stock opened at P11.80 each, 1.6 percent lower than its IPO price. It finished morning trade down 2.29 centavos or 19 percent at P9.71 per share.
