Dnata, one of the world’s largest air travel service providers, has secured RA3 certification for its ramp services at Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA), which is expected to improve its air cargo efficiency.
RA3 is short for “Third Country European Union Aviation Security Validated Regulated Agents,” a supply-chain security initiative of the European Union making transport of goods to the EU much easier.
