THE Energy department wants to lower the price of e-tricycles it wants to roll out nationwide, negotiating with a consortium that is seeking to bag a government contract.
“We had a meeting with the winning bidder. Again, its a renegotiation, the second time around, to really come up with a low price,” Energy Undersecretary Donato Marcos said over the weekend.
