THE Department of Finance will reform tax and custom collection measures to ensure the revenue flow essential to providing social security to the public, according to Finance Secretary Carlos Dominguez III.
Speaking at the formal turnover ceremony at the Bureau of Treasury, he said that the DOF, which is responsible for defining the government’s fiscal policy, must “ensure sufficient revenue flow to look after the social protection needs of our people." MAYVELIN U. CARABALLO
