DOJ files drug case vs 2 Taiwanese

The Department of Justice (DOJ filed a case before Parañaque Regional Trial Court against two Taiwanese arrested for transporting 38 kilos of shabu worth P195-million. Tsenc Shien Ming and Hiang Zheng Kai were charged with violation of Republic Act 9166 or the Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 on recommendation of Asst. State Prosecutor Mary Jane Sitat, approved by Senior Deputy State Prosecutor Richard Anthony Fadullon and Prosecutor General Claro Arellano. The two were arrested in a buy bust operation on June 14 along Macapagal Boulevard in Parañaque City. The DOJ gave weight to the fact that the respondents were caught in the act of transporting illegal drugs to an undetermined place in Cavite.
