DoJ issues lookout bulletin vs suspected drug traders


The Department of Justice (DOJ) has issued an immigration lookout bulletin against suspected illegal-drug traders.

Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre 2nd ordered Bureau of Immigration (BI) Commissioner Jaime Morente to place Peter Go Lim aka “Jaguar,” Rolan “Kerwin” Espinosa, Peter Co, Marcelo L. Adorco, Max Miro, Lovely Adam Impal, Ruel Malindangan and Jun Pepito in the lookout bulletin.

They suspects were listed in the bulletin “in connection with the cases of violation of Section 26 [b]in relation to Section 5 [sale, trading, administration, dispensation, delivery, distribution and transportation of dangerous drugs and/or controlled precursors and essential chemicals] of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act.

The cases were filed against the eight suspects before the Justice department.

Co is detained at the national penitentiary New Bilibid Prisons in Muntinlupa City while Espinosa has been admitted to the DOJ’s Witness Protection Program.

Impal was has been named by Espinosa as his supplier of illegal drugs and has been detained since January 2017 after being arrested in a buy-bust in Iligan City, Lanao del Sur.

Lim months ago was named by President Rodrigo Duterte as a top drug supplier. JOMAR CANLAS
