The Department of Justice (DOJ) on Thursday clarified that the deportation of US Marine Lance Corporal Joseph Scott Pemberton shall take place after the murder trial of the American soldier.
In a statement, Justice Secretary Benjamin Caguioa said the trial for the crime of murder against Pemberton is still pending in a Philippine court.
