Dolphy’s grandson nabbed for illegal drugs


CAMP VICENTE LIM, Laguna: The grandson of comedy king Dolphy and his live-in partner were arrested for allegedly selling illegal drugs in Lumban, Laguna on Monday evening. Provincial Police Director Senior Supt. Florendo Saligao identified the suspects as Rocco Quizon, 32, the son of Dolphy Quizon Jr., and Raquel Alcantara, 32, both residents of Barangay Palasan in Sta Cruz, Laguna. The two were arrested after selling P1,000 worth of shabu to two members of the Lumban police station who posed as buyers at about 7 p.m. Police said Rocco was previously arrested for selling drugs in Sta, Cruz, Laguna but was released after posting bail.
