Meanwhile, the Japanese are well known for extending a certain level of warmth and attentiveness to every customer, foreigner or not. Called omotenashi, this Japanese style of hospitality can also be found at the Lexus Manila showroom located in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
One can experience and be impressed by this unique quality of the Japanese culture as soon as one steps through the doors of the Lexus Manila building.
Danny Isla, president of Lexus Manila, Inc., said, “We strive to treat each customer as a guest in our home.” The company is generous with their time and knowledge and this can be seen at both the executive and staff levels. “It is like being a member of an exclusive club,” Isla added.
Omotenashi can be seen in every aspect of Lexus’ business. If one puts a high regard on discretion, Lexus has private rooms—with its own driveway—where one can seal the deal and drive away with his or her brand-new purchase. Old and new clients can drop by anytime, dine or even hold business meetings at function rooms where bartenders cheerfully serve unlimited biscuits and refreshing drinks. The service areas also have a separate entrance for privacy, with a waiting lounge for the driver’s comfort.
Lexus dealers worldwide have been cited for helpfulness, attitude and technical knowledge. At Lexus Manila, customer care goes beyond mechanical trouble.
“Providing the highest level of customer care and after-sales service is our mission,” Isla assures.
A visit to the Lexus Manila showroom is always a delight for clients and would-be clients.
