The head coach of the Philippine Azkals , American Thomas Dooley said that the resignation of Filipino-German Stephan Schrock and Filipino-Danish Dennis Cagara will have no ill effect on the squad’s preparation for the Asean Football Federation Suzuki Cup on November 22 to December 20. “That [resignation of Dooley and Cagara]issue has no any effect in our preparation for our Philippine team in the Suzuki Cup. We didn’t kick out anybody here,” Dooley told reporters in a press conference at the Philippine Football Federation office in Pasig on Thursday. “We respect the decision of players not to play because playing for national team is voluntary. They are part of history,” said PFF President Mariano Araneta.
