Capiz, a well product of Western Visayas is showing potential as new business opportunity in Cavite through improved facilities granted by the Department of Science and Technology Small Enterprise Technology Upgrading Program (DOST-SETUP).
This came after DOST IV-A, through its Cavite Provincial S&T Center, granted RL Handicrafts a new set of plating facility and low cost furnace dryer intended to improve production capacity and shore up its sales and income.
