Very well done Sec. Montejo. Considering the big demand of Food and the opening of ASEAN and APEC to boost MSME, there is a need for more Entrepreneurs. Processing
Agri>Fishery production will greatly help the poor Farmers and Fisherfolks. During my visits, I interviewed some locals. I think that there is a need for demonstrations on how to preserve and market their produce. The need of empty Bottles to be able to preserve and market marine , vegetable and fruit products. Demonstrations on how to process at home their excess harvest of Sweet Potatoes, Cassava, Banana into Flour for storage and bread making.
I think that DOST can lead.
