COTABATO CITY: The Department of Public Works and Highways in the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (DPWH-ARMM) has been lauded for its prudent use of its 2012 P110.5-million savings.
In the recent Budget Hearing, the DPWH-ARMM proposed a P5.5-billion budget for next year that includes P2.052 billion for Office of the Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process (Opapp) Road to Peace program. .
