DPWH expands 24/7 call center hotline


The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) has relaunched its 24/7 Call Center Hotline 165-02 where the public can air their complaints and concerns regarding the department’s projects and programs.

The expanded program has been connected with 16 regional offices of the DPWH so that the concerns can be directly routed to officials.
The hotline is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The call center facility caters to public concerns and feedbacks relative to the department’s frontline services and was established in line with Republic Act 9485 or the Anti-Red Tape Act.

DPWH Secretary Rogelio Singson said complaints sent through the hotline will be directly addressed by the appropriate field units of the agency.

“We want to hear peoples’ point of view on DPWH programs and projects, and policies and activities as we are prepared to listen and learn from one another,” Singson added.
