DPWH Sec. Singson: Tulfo Jan. 29 column is wrong

This has reference to the comments of Mr. Erwin Tulfo on the bidding of a road widening project in Region 12 entitled “Blacklisted contractor awarded with P134-M project” which was published in his column “Deadshot” (The Manila Times, January 29, 2016) with the allegations of awarding the project to a “blacklisted contractor,” among others.

To date, based on the DPWH-Procurement Service’s Civil Works Registry (DPWH central repository of contractors’ information), Saranggani Rock Mixer is not in the list of blacklisted contractors.
