Drug dealer in Cordillera gets life


A shabu dealer, who is included in the target list of drug personalities in the Cordillera Region, was recently meted out with life term and  ordered to pay a fine of P500,000 by a Regional Trial Court (RTC) in Benguet on December 2. Undersecretary Arturo Cacdac Jr., director   general of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency expressed satisfaction over the decision of the court sentencing Nicanor Dayaoen y Mariano, 35 years old, a native and resident of Buguias, Benguet, to suffer  life imprisonment for selling methamphetamine hydrochloride,  or shabu.
