A 58-year-old drug store owner from Bataan has bagged the P30-million jackpot prize in the Grand Lotto 6/55 draw of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO).

Jose Ferdinand Rojas 2nd, PCSO general manager, has already turned over the prize check to the winner at the charity agency’s main office in Mandaluyong City (Metro Manila).
