• Drug trader, 3 others FALL in Agusan


    POLICE in the Caraga region continues with its crackdown against illegal drugs after arresting a suspected illegal drug peddler and three others and seized over P800,000 worth of shabu during an operation on Thursday in a remote village in Talacogon town in Agusan Del Sur. Caraga police spokesman, Supt. Michael Lozada, identified the suspects as Jessica Corvera, alleged drug pusher; with Ryan Adorable, Carlo Perez and Michael Andaya who were caught in the act of sniffing shabu at Corvera’s residence in Barangay San Agustin. The operation yielded six sachets of shabu weighing about 60 grams; some drugs paraphernalia and an XRM motorcycle, believed used in transporting illegal drugs. Charges are being readied against them for filing before the Prosecutor’s Office.
