A TOP American anti-narcotics expert on Tuesday sees that the country’s situation and problem in the field of illegal drug-trafficking is bound to become more ‘worse’ even before it could get better. This is the assessment made by Ambassador William Brownfield, the Assistant Secretary for the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs on the current situation of illegal drugs problem in the country. “I am sorry to say this but I fear the problem is going to get worse before it gets better,” Brownfield told reporters in a chance interview in Camp Crame on Tuesday.
