COTABATO CITY: A health official in the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM) has sought the intervention of President Rodrigo Duterte and Philippine National Police (PNP) Director Gen. Ronald dela Rosa to put a stop to violence in a state college in North Cotabato where his brother serves a professor and is one of the victims of violence.
Dr. Kadil Sinolinding, ARMM health secretary, said the attempt on the life of his brother Dr. Harris on August 2 was related to his campaign against illegal drugs and graft and corruption in the Cotabato Foundation College for Science and Technology (CFCST) in Arakan, North Cotabato.
