PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte should seize the opportunity to “deliver a strong and coherent message” in his third State of the Nation Address (SONA) but more importantly, he must “tell the truth,” according to a group of panelists during a pre-SONA roundtable discussion broadcast over ManilaTimes TV on Monday.
”It’s an opportunity to address the nation in a coherent way,” said Times Columnist Yen Makabenta who said the President’s SONA this year would be his “most important” speech because this would indicate the “balance of his presidency.”
