PRESIDENTIAL aspirant Rodrigo Duterte vowed to appoint Albay Gov. Joey Salceda as chief of the National Economic Development Authority (NEDA) if he wins in May.
Duterte made the pronouncement during a joint meeting of Albay’s Provincial Development Full Council and Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council on Friday, which was presided by Salceda.
