PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte is not backing down from his stand to reject any role in a transitory government as his administration pushes for federalism, Malacañang said on Tuesday.
Speaking to reporters, Palace spokesman Harry Roque said Duterte's "shoot me" message if he extended his term has made it clear that he did not want a term extension.
