Go said Aquino reached out to him while he and the President were on their way home to the Philippines from South Korea.
Noy is short for the nickname Noynoy of former President Benigno Aquino 3rd, Kris’ only brother and the oldest among her siblings.
She said she felt jealous that the two women had been able to kiss her father.
“It’s a gift that was not afforded to my mother who you also constantly disrespect. I promised not to go down to your level--but this time you crossed the line,” Aquino said.
“Nangako akong hindi kita papatulan--but this time you crossed the line. You reminded me of how much I hurt my mom nung buntis ako kay Josh and na disown ako pero nung 1 month si kuya [Josh]--naglakas loob akong pumunta sa Times Street and once kinarga nya yung apo nya--sya na yung pinaka nagmahal sa anak kong may autism,” she said.
Josh is Joshua, Aquino’s oldest son and Times Street is where the Aquinos’ home in Quezon City is located.
“This is a direct challenge to you. Text me, you can find my number, it’s so easy. Name the place, name the location, let’s carry it live. Bring all your followers.... I can stand alone,” Aquino said.
Aquino thanked Go for addressing the issue.
Uson however said she will not apologize to Aquino.
Daughters’ ire
The President admitted that his daughters were mad at him for kissing a married woman.
“This is why I do not want to go home yet. I’ll let her be calm first. You know, we cannot fight with our daughters. We fathers, we cannot afford [that],” Duterte added.
The President has three children with his former wife, Elizabeth Abellana Zimmerman. They are Paolo, Sara and Sebastian. He has a daughter, Veronica, with his common-law wife Cielito Avancena.
The President reiterated that there was no malice in his controversial kiss with Kim.
Kim also said there was no malice in the kiss.
“We only did the kiss so the audience will feel giddy. It has no meaning, I promise. For me, for the President, there is no meaning,” she said.
