PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte is ready to face the nation and deliver his annual public address today, Monday, according to his top aide, following an unannounced medical checkup on Sunday.
In a text message, Special Assistant to the President Christopher Lawrence "Bong" Go confirmed that Duterte went to the Cardinal Santos Medical Center for the check-up before rehearsing for his third State of the Nation Address (SONA) on Sunday night.
