PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte has named a lawyer as the new president and chief executive officer of the state-owned Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management Corp. (PSALM).
PSALM held a special board meeting on Friday after President Duterte signed her appointment papers of Irene Joy Besido-Garcia.
