PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte has signed into law Republic Act 10929 or an act establishing free internet access program in public places in the country.
Under the new law, free Wi-Fi access should be established in all national and local government offices, public schools, public transport terminals, public hospitals and public libraries.
