PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte has ordered the Philippine National Police (PNP) to prevent members of the urban poor group Kalipunan ng Damayang Mahihirap (Kadamay) from taking over government housing projects intended for policemen and soldiers in San Isidro, Rodriguez, Rizal, Malacañang said on Thursday.
Speaking to reporters, Palace spokesman Harry Roque reiterated Duterte's warning to the Kadamay group that "that would be the last and they cannot take the law into their own hands."
