THE PDP-Laban party of President-elect Rodrigo Duterte on Monday signed a coalition partnership with the Nacionalista Party, where his losing running mate Alan Peter Cayetano belongs.
Manny Villar, Nacionalista Party president and former Senate president, and PDP-Laban President Sen. Aquilino Pimentel 3rd signed the "coalition for change agreement" in the presence of Duterte.
